From approximately 3 days leading up to your cleanse, prepare your body by introducing more wholesome foods to your diet. Eat veggie based meals, and steer away from refined starches, sugar and caffeine-based products

During a Skinny Cleanse

Here are things you need to keep doing during your cleanse to help the juices flow and keep your body in tip top shape:

Drink 500ml of hot water, ginger and lemon 1st thing every morning to kick start your day

Drink 8 glasses of water everyday, Sleep early : rest = beauty

Light exercise only – a walk, slow run or hike is a good idea

Take a daily pro-biotic to feed your tubes with good flora and help keep you balanced

During your cleanse your digestive system will take a step back and slow down as its getting
a much lighter load. When you drink juice the nutrients are absorbed and there is not
much to digest so drink herbal tea’s to help you feel regular and energized.

If during your cleanse you feel completely flat and you need solids, have a few slices of apple
Or cucumber.
